Co-founder of Murphy & McManus, Bob is responsible for services ranging from real estate consulting to the turnkey development and financing of sophisticated ambulatory and laboratory facilities. A sample of the clients Bob has provided services to includes: Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Children's Hospital Boston, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Caritas Christi Healthcare, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Prior to forming Murphy & McManus, Bob was a founding principal with Chapel Partners and served as Director of Real Estate Development at Children's Hospital Boston.
