Murphy & McManus was responsible for
the acquisition of two buildings, and the
management of all budgeting, permitting,
programming, scheduling, design, renovation
and construction of a 60,000 square feet,
12.5 million dollar ambulatory center. The
project involved the complete renovation
of two buildings. One was constructed in
the 1960’s, the other in the 1890’s.
Murphy & McManus hired Steffian Bradley
Architects of Boston, MA as the architect.
Shawmut Design & Construction of Boston
served as the construction manager.
