Good Samaritan Hospital is a partner with
Murphy & McManus in the real estate
venture and leases 45,000 square feet of
the project. Murphy & McManus was responsible
for all aspects of the development including
budgeting, scheduling, design, construction
(handled by Liberty Construction Management,
a wholly owned subsidiary of Murphy &
McManus) and construction and permanent
financing.
