The plan calls for a 9-story research building,
a 150-unit residential building, as well
as an underground parking garage, to be
built over the next several years near the
corner of Brookline and Longwood Avenues.
The buildings will be located adjacent to
the present Joslin Diabetes Center site
at One Joslin Place. The new facilities
will serve as the “western gateway”
to the Longwood Medical Area (LMA).
