In its role as development manager and
design/builder, Murphy & McManus is
responsible for the acquisition of the property,
permitting, programming, scheduling, design,
and construction. The 24,000 square foot
building will be a DPH-licensed ambulatory
healthcare center with practices in family
medicine, dentistry, optometry, mammography,
radiology, and an on-site pharmacy.
