A new building addition
with 150,000 square feet of research and
clinical research space adjacent to Forsyth’s
existing building in the Fenway section
of Boston with a total of 300 parking spaces
in a garage below the building. The proposed
project will enhance adjacent public open
space and replace the Fenway Extension roadway
with new landscaped green space and a pedestrian
walkway. Murphy & McManus is responsible
for managing all right to build, development,
and leasing responsibilities.
