Murphy & McManus was responsible for a complete turn-key development of an 85,000 square foot ambulatory center for Beth Israel Hospital. Murphy & McManus acquired and permitted the site, managed the programming and design, constructed the facility, and arranged for the construction and permanent financing. A subsidiary of Murphy & McManus now owns the facility.
