In 2007 Murphy & McManus, LLC acquired Chimera Management and Research Institute, serving the specialized life science business sector and concurrently executing innovative principal research. Mr. Powers was the founder and President of Chimera Management and Research Institute and now leads the Life Science business for Murphy & McManus. Previously, Mr. Powers was the Director of Operations for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.
