A sample of the clients Bob has provided services to includes: Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Children's Hospital Boston, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Caritas Christi Healthcare, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Prior to forming Murphy McManus, Bob was a founding principal with Chapel Partners and served as Director of Real Estate Development at Children's Hospital Boston.

Peter McManus
Principal
Co-founder of Murphy McManus, Peter is responsible for all aspects of project management and project delivery. He has directed the development of numerous medical, research, and life sciences projects totaling more than 1.5 million square feet. Some of the clients Peter has provided services to include: Genzyme Corporation, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Shire Pharmaceuticals/TKT, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Brigham & Women's Physician Organization, and Milford Regional Medical Center.
Prior to forming Murphy McManus, Peter developed regional shopping centers for the Pyramid Companies, one of the largest shopping center developers in the Northeast.

Matt Assia
Principal
Matt is responsible for overseeing Murphy McManus' turnkey development projects and he spearheads acquisition, financing, permitting, and facility management. In addition, Matt takes an active role in the firm's day-to-day administration. A sample of the clients Matt has provided services to includes: Children's Hospital Boston, Anna Jaques Hospital, Milford Regional Medical Center, Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center, and Great Brook Valley Health Center.
Prior to joining Murphy McManus, Matt worked in construction management for Clark Construction of Bethesda, MD, one of the largest privately-held construction firms in the nation.

Dan Gillis
Project Executive
Seasoned construction professional with over 25 years experience. Responsible for overseeing the construction management of numerous projects for Murphy & McManus and its clients. Recent assignments include the construction of the 43,0000 square foot Newburyport Medical Center and the 35,000 square foot, mixed-use, Central Square Theater building for MIT Investment Management Company. Notable past projects include the renovation and new construction of a 101,000 square foot ambulatory center at One Pearl Street in Brockton, MA for Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center and the ground-up construction of an 85,000 square foot ambulatory care facility in Brockton, MA for Bridgewater Park Medical Associates that was completed in 8 months from breaking ground to tenant fixturing.

Kevin is responsible for all aspects of planning, permitting, design, budgeting, and construction for the development of healthcare facilities. Prior to joining Murphy McManus, he was Director of Project Management and Engineering Services for South Shore Hospital during which time he directed the design of a 125,000 square foot Emergency, Maternity and Surgical Building.

Prior to joining Murphy McManus, he was with Architecture Resources Cambridge, working as a Senior Project Manager/Project Manager on projects including Genzyme Corporation, Framingham, MA and Sandfei Pasteur Influenza Process Facility, Swiftwater, PA.
